After a short presentation from Evan Welbourn, of Eldercare Communities Ltd., a motion was presented to the congregation in attendance.

Be it resolved that:
The parishioners of the Parish of St. Martin’s consent to the sale of 2.75 acres of land located at 9019 17th Avenue SW, Calgary, which includes:

1.14 acres Wells land and
1.61 acres St. Martin’s land

To Eldercare Communities Ltd.  - the Corporation is authorized to negotiate a fair market price and the terms and conditions of said sale.

Moved by Mollie Cole and seconded by Bill Kilbourne.

The motion passed with a 97% majority.
