St. Martin's Anglican Church, Calgary

Welcome to St. Martin's Church!

"Creating an Oasis in the City"

When you come to St. Martin's, you come to a community that has been given a remarkable opportunity to do something beautiful for God. Having sold the historic building and embarked on a new journey of faithfulness and service, the creative quest is to discover how to live a noticeable example of Christian life as we move towards "Creating an Oasis in the City". Being Christ in the world of our homes, neighbourhoods and places of work is the Christian journey towards a lived spirituality. You are invited to come celebrate, discover and share the journey with us.

Location

St. Martin's meets at the Calgary Academy at 10am on Sundays located on 17th Avenue at 94th Street. On Sundays people driving from the city say that worship begins with the drive as the mountains come into view and the city is left behind.

A Prayer

O loving God
grant us living touch with thee
give us the insights of thy kingdom
a vision of thy purpose
the guidance of thy wisdom
